The capital of Angola, Luanda, is the world's most expensive city for expatriates. According to the Cost of Living survey organized group of Mercer and published today, Tuesday, July 12, 2011, Luanda defeated Tokyo is in second position and N'Djamena, Chadian capital, in the third position.
