British sculptor Jason de Caires Taylor's underwater wonders to create a Marine Park in Cancun, Mexico. In a project called "The Silent Evolution", Taylor created a sculpture garden under the sea, which also became an artificial reef. He seemed to conjure the sea into an art gallery with 400 figures put the statue, which took models from local residents.
