Amazing Vehicle - Bagger 288, World's Largest Terrestrial Vehicle

Bagger 288 (Excavator 288) is made by the German company Thyssen Krupp for the energy and mining companies Rheinbraun a cost of U.S. $ 100 million. These devices are commonly known as mobile strip mining machine.

When construction is completed the tool in 1978, Bagger 288 transported by NASA Crawler Transporter, the vehicle was used to transport the shuttle rocket launcher (Space Shuttle) and the Apollo Saturn V which is also one of the world's biggest vehicle weighing 13,500 tons . However, the Bagger 288 more appropriately described as a vehicle that can move mine, while NASA Crawler Transporter is a transport vehicle.
